Introducing Money-First Finance

They all start from an invoice.
We start from the money.

RemindLedger™ runs on Money-First Finance: the money moves first, the record follows. What you have, what you owe and what you are going to have — all three confirmed by your bank instead of typed into a ledger. Invoice-On-Payment™ is what makes the third one true: the invoice is issued only once the money lands, so it is born paid and there is no receivable to chase.

Built and running end to end. Private beta now open for US & Canada.

What is Money-First Finance?

Not collections software. Not accounting. Not banking. It is a different order of operations: the money moves first, the record follows.

For as long as anyone has billed, the order has been the same: issue the invoice, then wait. The receivable is born the instant you send it - and everything that follows exists only to undo something you created on purpose. The reminder. The aging report. The follow-up call. The discount to get paid sooner. The write-off. An entire industry sells you better tools for chasing money you already decided to lend.

Money-First Finance inverts that order. Nothing gets recorded until the money has actually moved. In billing, the mechanism that enforces it is Invoice-On-Payment™: the invoice is issued only once the bank confirms the money, so it is born paid. There is no receivable, so there is nothing to age, chase, discount or write off. Your books close themselves, because every entry is backed by a settled bank transaction instead of a promise someone typed in.

On top of that mechanism runs an AI layer: AI Senior watches your balances, payments, payables and payroll and brings you proposals - accept, postpone or reject - and AI Junior answers questions about the numbers in plain English. It reasons over money the bank already confirmed, which is data no forecasting tool has. Useful, and entirely optional: turn it off and your invoices are still born paid.

The money trilogy

Money-First Finance needs all three. One connection is not enough: three realities of your money live in three separate systems, and only together do they tell you where you actually stand.

The money you have

Your bank account, live. Not the version your accounting app copied 6 hours ago - the actual balance, right now.

The money you owe

Monday payroll, rent, vendors. Lives in your ERP and payroll system. We read it, we don't move it.

The money you're going to have

Payments the bank already confirmed, each with its settlement date. Signed milestones. Installments in flight. Not a forecast - money that already moved.

The trick is uniting the three. When the system knows what you have, what you owe, and what you're going to have - at the same time - you don't need to guess anymore. The critical moment becomes visible before it hits.

Everyone else builds that third number by forecasting from your ledger. We read the money. And when the moment comes the button is already there: invoice, collect, adjust. Without opening 5 apps. Without calling your bookkeeper.

Invoice-On-Payment™

Money-First Finance applied to billing. The invoice is only issued after the bank confirms the payment - eliminating manual reconciliation, credit memos, and tax adjustments. It works for any business that bills, whatever the industry.

Bill.com and Chaser build their numbers from invoices you already issued — one holds your money while it chases, the other charges enterprise prices to chase. Every figure they show you is a promise from your ledger. Ours come from your bank.

Works with the accounting system you already use.

Whether your books live in the cloud or behind your firewall, Agent-on-Sync™ keeps them current with what is happening at the bank - without you re-keying, exporting CSVs, or migrating.

Vertical add-ons

Does your industry bill by milestone or installment?

Invoice-On-Payment™ works for any business that bills, whatever the industry. If your billing model runs on milestones or installments, two optional add-ons extend it. If not, you never see them.

Add-on

Contract-On-Trigger™

The contract that bills itself.

Sign once upfront. Each milestone you mark complete auto-issues a payment request; Invoice-On-Payment™ closes it the moment the customer pays. The contract becomes your dispute evidence - the workflow becomes your cash flow.

Add-on

Delivery-On-Payment™

Installment plans that run themselves.

The customer pays in installments and every payment is bank-verified by Invoice-On-Payment™. When the plan completes, delivery releases and one final invoice is issued - born paid.
